Privacy policy

01Who we are

Creayzo Embedded Labs operates creayzo.com and provides hardware design, PCB design, and embedded systems engineering services. For questions about this policy or your personal information, contact info@creayzo.com.

02Information you share with us

When you make an enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, company name, project type, and the project details you choose to provide. If you email us, we also receive the contents of your message and any attachments you send.

Please share only the information needed for your enquiry.

03How we use your information

We use enquiry information to respond to questions, understand project requirements, prepare proposals, and communicate about requested or contracted engineering services. We may also use relevant information to maintain business records and address security or misuse concerns.

Sending an enquiry does not, by itself, subscribe you to a newsletter.

04Technical information and website performance

Our hosting and content-delivery providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and access times, to deliver and secure the website.

The website measures page-performance information in your browser. The current site does not include Google Analytics or advertising trackers.

05Cookies and browser storage

Website features and external services may use cookies or browser storage for functionality and security. You can review or clear cookies and stored website data through your browser settings.

When you follow an external booking or social link, the destination website controls its own cookies and tracking. Its privacy policy applies to your use of that service.

06Service providers and external links

The website uses hosting, content-delivery, and email services to operate. The enquiry form is configured to use EmailJS. Booking links open Cal.com, and some pages load external resources for maps or interactive 3D views. These services may receive information necessary to provide their functionality.

External booking and social websites are operated separately from Creayzo Embedded Labs. Review their policies before submitting information on those websites. We do not sell personal information.

07Processing and international access

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, the basis depends on the purpose of processing. It may include taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, consent where required, or a legal obligation.

Service providers and project communications may involve processing in countries outside your own. The applicable requirements depend on the service and the location of the people involved. Contact us if you need information about the handling of data for a particular engagement.

08How long information is kept

We keep enquiry and project information for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to enquiries, providing services, and maintaining records required for the engagement or by applicable law. Retention depends on the type of record and the purpose for keeping it.

Hosting and other service providers manage their own technical logs under their service terms. Contact us to ask about information associated with your enquiry or project.

09Your choices and rights

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or ask for restrictions on or object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent.

Send requests to info@creayzo.com. We may need information to verify a request before responding. Some records may need to be retained to meet contractual or legal obligations. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.

10Security

We aim to limit access to enquiry and project information to the people and service providers who need it for the relevant work. If a project involves confidential technical material, contact us to agree on appropriate sharing arrangements before sending it.

11Children's privacy

This website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this website, contact us so we can review the information and the appropriate next steps.

12Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the website or our services change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision. For privacy questions, support, or enquiries, email info@creayzo.com.
